Cancellation/Refund Policies

Refund Policy:

  1. There will be a service fee on all cancellations. Nominally $50.00 plus HST, $150.00 plus HST if wire transfers are involved.
  2. Registration fees are non-refundable after 15 September 2015.
  3. Refunds pertain to registration fees only.
  4. Registrations can be transferred to another person of the same IEEE membership class before 1 October 2015, for a service fee of $75.00 plus HST.

Cancellation Policy:

Requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing by the appropriate deadline.
